最新IF值预测
预测IF值算法
根据标准的SCI影响因子计算公式，以2022年为例，预测IF(2022)=A/B，其中，A为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章在2022年中被引用的次数；B为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章的总数。预测的实时影响因子数据在全年中逐步接近真实IF数据，上半年的预测数据通常接近于6月底正式发布的数据，而下半年的实时影响因子则会从大约50%开始逐渐趋近于最终的IF值。（考虑数据入库延迟，可以根据当前月份占全年的比例来大致估计最终的IF值，且估算时可适当上调。）

CANCER LETTERS is a journal providing rapid publication of full-length articles in the broad area of cancer research. The journal places emphasis on the molecular and cell biology of cancer, oncogenes, carcinogenesis, radiation biology, molecular pathology, hormones and cancer, viral oncology, biology of cancer and metastasis, molecular cytogenetics, epidemiology; and experimental therapeutics. The primary criterion for publication is interest to a multidisciplinary audience. Papers should be technically sound and substantiated by sufficient experimental detail. Clinical papers will be accepted if they contribute to the understanding of the basic mechanisms underlying disease.

二审历时20天，最终接收。时间总结：投稿2周，一审1个月20天，大修给了1个月（申请延长，总共修了3个月），返修投稿10天，二审20天，接收、校稿、填表历时6天，完成以上工作到pubmed可查询大约1周，从可查询到发表（暂时未知，网上经验是3-5月）。（科室3投1接收）总体印象：对文章要求有新意，且严谨；总体节奏不快不慢但是比较准时；不需要版面费。

each year, i submitted about 2-4 articles, and most of them were accepted. however, after i became an editorial board member, i found that it is harder than before, i had discussed with the editor-in-chief, and he told me that as an editorial board member, i have better just submit one article each year. some times, he received email and criticism that he accepted too many papers from editorial board. anyway, that is the editor's concern. i had to follow.

投稿后一周才送到editor手里，在editor手里又过了一周了，还没送审……不是说比较快的吗，希望后面能顺利把。状态更新中

投稿速度还行，一审2个月后出大修意见，修回之后又发给审稿人，审了了一个月之后又给了一些小意见，前后四个月，最后总算接收了。总体来说要求还蛮高的，审稿人很严谨。
