最新IF值预测
预测IF值算法
根据标准的SCI影响因子计算公式，以2022年为例，预测IF(2022)=A/B，其中，A为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章在2022年中被引用的次数；B为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章的总数。预测的实时影响因子数据在全年中逐步接近真实IF数据，上半年的预测数据通常接近于6月底正式发布的数据，而下半年的实时影响因子则会从大约50%开始逐渐趋近于最终的IF值。（考虑数据入库延迟，可以根据当前月份占全年的比例来大致估计最终的IF值，且估算时可适当上调。）

每条认真逐一回复，100页3万字的response（论文也就才12-13页。。。）
2020.11.16 修回,
2020.12.14 直接录用，总时间5个月多一点
总体来说初期with editor了俩月，不算这个时间的话整体速度是非常快了，审稿人的问题都能够切中要害，认真回复还是会被接受的。不算with editor的时间的话，是一次非常好的投稿体验了。值得一提的是，6月底这个期刊的编号就排到了2000多了，算起来一年估计稿件量大概5000左右，粗略估计录取率大概15%。

we must decline this submission on editorial grounds and subsequently have declined to send the paper out to external peer reviewers. we found that the manuscript does not reach the standard or does not fit the scope requested by the journal.
